This dish with the Creole Spice Paste is great for lunch or dinner. Make this quick Creole stir-fry of strips of meat with this fresh salad and Creole barbecue sauce and let everyone fill their own wrap or pita bread.
Prep
- Finely chop 1 onion
- Finely chop the tomatoes or can of tomatoes
- Cut the raw or veggie meat into long strips
Plan
- 90 grams of Creole spice paste
- 400 grams fillet of chicken or pork or veggies
- 1 onion (about 100 grams)
- 100 grams fresh or canned diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce or honey
- 1 tsp salty soy sauce or salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- pepper or sambal to taste
- Pita rolls or wraps
- Fresh Caribbean sala
Pleasure
- Heat 3 Tbsp of oil with the Creole Spice Paste in a frying pan.
- Add the sliced onion. Fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the meat and fry 4 minutes it until cooked.
- After this, add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes with the lid closed over medium-high heat.
- Add sweet and salty soy sauce and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for 2 minutes on high heat.
- Just before serving, leave the pan open so the liquid draws out.
